I’ve been using this Hiseeu camera system for a few months now and it’s been absolutely spot on. The picture quality is very clear, even at night, and I find it really handy being able to view the cameras both on the monitor and on my phone when I’m out and about. The motion alerts are quick and accurate – it recognises the difference between people, cars and general movement like leaves, so you don’t get constant false alarms. It’s reassuring to know I’ll only be notified when there’s something that actually needs my attention. Installation was straightforward and hassle-free. I did run into an issue with the hard drive, but I contacted customer support and Jason got back to me straight away. He arranged for a replacement drive to be sent out without any fuss, which was very impressive. Proper good after-sales service. All in all, it’s a great bit of kit for the money and I would recommend it to others.)

I searched lots of different cctv systems and reviews and the Hisseu range seemed to be a good choice. So simple to set up as described just plug and play enter WiFi code and then set up to how you want it. I also bought the 30x zoom camera to go with the package of 5mp cameras. Day viewing is excellent and night vision is really good too especially if you have flood lights then the camera footage is very clear even in just infrared mode. Had few teething issues with automatic following so sent an email in and Jason clearly sent back detailed pictures and information on how to set up and now all working great. Downside is push notifications are slow to arrive to your phone sometimes up to 10 minutes. Overall this is a really great cctv system and would definitely recommend with a good price tag. Sound quality is great it picks up well as we tested this out on all cameras and can pick up from fair distance too. Camera quality is great,night time you have the option to have lights come on making full colour night vision,this system really does what it says and extremely happy with it. One last thing the wireless distance is superb as picks up one of the cameras situated in garden that's atleast 50ft away with medium strength. Would definitely buy from Hiseeu again !!

This Security system is top notch stuff. So much so in fact that I have recommended it to 3 other business owners who were considering a far more expensive setup at similar premises nearby. They are also over the moon with their systems. I installed this system myself at our storage yard 4 miles from our house and although the base monitor will require a permanent power supply to itself (which a neighbouring business kindly supplied and stores) I managed to make the system semi standalone by using a wireless 4g router (EE) to provide the WiFi network to the cameras, and base monitor. This is also hard wired to that neighbours supply but in essence could be trickle charged from a 5v solar panel in my opinion. Installing the app on my smartphone allows me and employees to keep an eye on whats happening at the yard wgen we arent there. The app itself is very easy to install and use, and will send notifications when events are recorded. I am not using the cloud storage option, but store recorded data/events to the built in hard drive on the base monitor SD instead which automatically overwrites after it reaches its storage limit. This is good enough for me and my needs, and most people I would say as cloud storage will add up over time. For the price of the system, the quality of the build, and the ease of use for a novice like me this system is fantastic value for money, and the customer support when I needed advice was excellent and prompt. Considering these cameras are sutuated about 40 metres from the WiFi router and the base station and only powered themselves by solar panels, its an amazing bit of kit. Full colour night vision is brilliantly clear too.

This Hiseeu CCTV system works well. The construction is good and durable. The screen is compact and displays clear images. The camera quality is good and clear. They camera's have colour night vision when motion is detected. The PTZ function works as designed. I used via the app and via the NVR screen and encounters no problems. I have not encountered any issues the HDD recording or playback. The camera's have a light and siren feature which turns on when motion is detected which I like. There is an option in settings if you want this on or off. The CCTV system is plug and play and connected wireless. You only need to connect to a power supply. The NVR CAN connect to the Internet via ethernet cable or wireless. I have tested both connections and encountered no problems. The cameras also have two way audio which I have tested and they work fine. Overall this is a good quality CCTV system which works well, has an easy to use app, good clear screen and camera picture and video. The construction is good and out of all options to buy I found this to be the best option for me.

Purchased NEW Hiseeu CCTV Camera system in Sept 2024 - cameras are reasonable quality but am very disappointed to report that the 1TB HDD supplied in the system only lasted 13 months and has been problematical for last 6 months - the 1TB HDD kept resetting / reformatting every few days and finally died just 2 months out of warranty! HISEEU Support emailed info to remove and test HDD ( it was for the wrong system / size of drive) but more concerning was that upon removal I found the drive manufacture date was 2016 with a secondary sticker also present retesting the drive in 2018 - it therefore appears that the HDD was either really old stock or most likely a refurb!! The support email also provided a link (which did not work) for a replacement drive (wrong size) so I’ve now had to order a replacement drive from Amazon to get the system working again. Needless to say I did not expect to have to repair the system so soon and I’m not happy at all with the situation or quality of product or service at all - I therefore cannot recommend!!

Installation was relatively easy, but keep in mind the cameras still need power, so they’re not fully wire-free. The PTZ auto tracking and human detection generally work well, though tracking can be a bit slow at times. I like the app alerts and the built-in alarm and light features for extra security. Overall, it’s a good system with lots of features and decent performance, just with a few small limitations.

Great CCTV system, easy to install and set up. The video quality from the camera is good, and the sound isn't too bad either. The system's user interface is good and easy to navigate, and the app is also nice and easy to use. The company's aftercare is very good and they respond quickly. I had an issue with a faulty hard drive which they sorted very quickly.

I’m extremely impressed with the Hiseeu CCTV Security Camera System. The image quality is excellent—crisp resolution during the day and surprisingly clear night vision (I use the infra-red function, see photo), which really sets this system apart. The large monitor is a great addition and makes live viewing and playback very easy, while the pre-installed 1TB HDD provides more than enough storage for continuous 24/7 recording without worrying about running out of space. Setup was straightforward, which keeps wiring simple. Motion detection is accurate, and the alarm notifications work reliably—I get instant alerts on my phone, and remote access via the app lets me check in anytime from anywhere. Overall, this is an excellent value for money: reliable, powerful, and packed with features. If you’re looking for a high-quality, all-in-one solution, this system is absolutely worth it.

Ich war sehr skeptisch an Anfang ob die Kameras wirklich gut sind und mit dem Bildschirm wirklich gut funktionieren. Aber es funktioniert fantastisch. Anleitung ist zwar auf englisch aber der Bildschirm lässt sich gleich am Anfang auf deutsch umstellen wie auch die App. Die App hat auch noch zusätzliche Funktionen. Mit einer Kamera hatte ich Probleme aber der Support des Herstellers hat mir sehr schnell geholfen und das natürlich auch in deutsch. Ich kann die Kameras nur empfehlen.

Excellentes caméras solaires Wi-Fi avec moniteur ! Je suis très satisfait de cet achat ! L’installation a été extrêmement simple — tout s’est connecté rapidement au moniteur sans prise de tête. Les caméras sont bien conçues et le panneau solaire permet de ne pas se soucier de la recharge, ce qui est très pratique. La qualité d’image est vraiment impressionnante, aussi bien de jour que de nuit : les détails sont nets et la vision nocturne claire. Le moniteur permet de visualiser en direct toutes les caméras sur un seul écran, c’est très pratique pour surveiller l’ensemble de la propriété. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un système complet, fiable et facile à utiliser. Je recommande vivement

Super kit, qui nous permet de quitter le domicile en toute sérénité . Après 6 mois d'utilisation nous avons dû faire appel au SAV pour un problème avec le disque dur après avoir effectué un diagnostic en ligne, un nouveau disque dur nous a été envoyé sous 2 jours avec une procédure vidéo pour effectuer le remplacement qui est très facile même pour des débutants. A savoir que même si le disque dur ne fonctionnait pas, nous avions accès à la surveillance en direct. Nous avions opté de brancher le boîtier sur une télé pour visualiser les images en direct. L'application est très intuitive et facile à prendre en main. Actuellement avec 3 caméras sur 4 de branchées le disque dur a une mémoire de 3 mois des vidéos. Donc pour résumer : la qualité des images est impeccable, le système est facile et intuitif. Le SAV est très réactif et compétent

Ich habe diese Überwachungskamera für den Außenbereich installiert und bin rundum zufrieden. Sie ist wetterfest und hält Regen, Wind und Kälte problemlos stand – ideal für den ganzjährigen Einsatz im Freien. Die Bildqualität überzeugt bei Tag und Nacht gleichermaßen. Besonders die Nachtsicht liefert klare, detailreiche Aufnahmen. Auch die Bewegungserkennung funktioniert zuverlässig, ohne ständig Fehlalarme auszulösen. Per App bekomme ich sofort Benachrichtigungen und kann jederzeit auf das Livebild zugreifen – auch von unterwegs. Die Einrichtung war einfach und die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet. Ein großes Plus: Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend. Ich hatte eine Rückfrage zur Einrichtung und bekam innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine freundliche und kompetente Antwort. Es ist beruhigend zu wissen, dass man bei Bedarf Unterstützung bekommt. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Kamera für den Außenbereich – technisch zuverlässig, benutzerfreundlich und mit einem Service, der den Unterschied macht.

Matériel de superbe qualité, installation super facile, et qualité des caméras au top Ma maison est de plein pied et le wifi des caméras porte vraiment loin J'ai testé toutes les fonctionnalités, alarme, suivi des personnes, notification, et différentes configuration tout fonctionne parfaitement. Je ne peux que recommander vivement cette marque, sont vendeur mais aussi le SAV qui répond en quelques heures ! (pour info ma question portait sur une application Hiseeu pour PC et elle existe aussi !)
