These gummies are amazing. Besides their amazing flavor and texture they really help to relax and sleep. Have tried magnesium in the past buy not the glycinate type. Seems pretty effective and safe and the kiddos love them as well. Wished the sweetner was more natural and organic, that's probably my only gripe

They changed the formula! This used to be vegan and sweetened with monk fruit, which causes no digestive issues. The new formula has entirely different ingredients! They removed monk fruit and added not only gelatin (not vegan friendly; common allergen), but also not one, but 3 (!!!) different types of artificial sugars for cheaper manufacturing, despite the price being the same. The new formula contains maltitol, sorbitol and erythritol, the first one raises blood sugar faster than regular table sugar and will knock you out of ketosis! I didn’t know it was changed and took it as usual, which started causing a BUNCH of digestive issues (bloating, indigestion, gas, fast heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, shaking etc.). This should’ve came with a big huge warning label about the new ingredients, as many people are sensitive or allergic to artificial sweeteners!! The amount of magnesium in each gummy is also not as stated on the label, since I was taking it and it didn’t do anything until I took double what I normally take with these from the previous bottle to see any kind of effect. This is crucial for someone who constantly has to monitor electrolyte levels and take a specific amount at a specific time and can’t swallow pills. Not only did this cause issues, but it took longer to get out of an imbalance episode, with many more side effects. The new formula seems to affect blood pressure, as it spiked mine, which never happened with the old one. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This stuff has helped my son’s motor tics tremendously. Also helps him calm down for bedtime. Would give 10 stars if I could !

I first want to say that I absolutely love these gummies. The flavor is great. I noticed a difference in my anxiety levels within several days of starting this supplement. I have them on automatic delivery for both myself and my son. However, my most recent bottle arrived completely melted into a singular giant blob, and is therefore unusable There are no returns on these types of products and no refunds. I understand that it is summer, but the Amazon driver handed them directly to me, so they didn’t sit outside at all. The Amazon hub is in my local town. This had to have happened in the warehouse or on the Amazon truck. Seeing other reviews I am not the only one experiencing this problem. I wonder if there was just a large batch that was damaged before arriving at the warehouses. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again in the future because I really do enjoy this product.
