The quality is not great but it does do the work for what I want it for.

I have purchased multiple sauna suites this one is the only one that didn’t rip. However you do want to be gentle when taking off the material. The amount of sweat you will see is also based on how hard you work out. But this really helps

It’s a sauna suit. It came packaged in a plastic zip bag with daisies on the outside. Opened it up and everything said 3xl. I’m a big girl so gotta order the big girl size. Looked a little small but I just thought my eyes were deceiving me. Had just did a warm up so figured I’d slide this on real quick. First mistake. Don’t attempt to put on if even the slightest bit sweaty. I got the jacket over my head,down my arms and over my boobs. It stopped there. Picture Chris Farley fat guy in little coat. Except this was fat girl stuck in sauna suit. Couldn’t get it to go fully on or even back off. I definitely worked up a sweat but not how I intended to. One sleeve would start to pull off and then adhered to my skin like myself and the last piece of cheesecake. No matter how much I wiggled,pulled,stretched,there was no way it was coming off. So yeah,luckily I had scissors nearby and enough flexibility to cut it in half. Idk what size 3xl is where it’s made but it’s more like an xl. Fair warning.

This would be a decent sauna pant. Checks off the boxes in the area you expect it to, being, trap heat and make you sweat more.That said, you also need to know that the fabric when it rubs against each other along your inner thighs makes this squish-squish noise. If you're working out indoors, it will be pronounced. Outdoors will depend on the surrounding environment. If the normal bustle of the day is strong, then stuff like the cars with revving engines passing might drown it out.I for one, couldn't get past the crinkling sound. But maybe you might.So, I'm on the fence on this one.

I can honestly say I have tried about ever sauna available from the cheap everlast ones too box raw and hot suit,this sauna suit is my favorite I always go back to this one the quality might not be as good as the more expensive ones but I just like that the hoodie stays tight and you sweat fast and the sizing is good not too small I’m purchasing a new one because my older ones is finally ripping after about 3-4 months of daily use

I was expecting the material for the sauna suit to be better, and thicker, more durable. The very lightweight material seems thin. I have not used it yet for a full work out. I am hoping it will stand up to a vigorous workout and not tear. From the pictures, it looked great. So this is yet to be determined on how the product will hold up. So more later. I think a better description of the item is needed so consumers can make better decisions. Again, my opinion, so we will see.

Im 5’7 and about 165lbs. I purchased the 3xl for comfort. It does run a little big but I decided to go up from a large because I didn’t want the pants to tare at Large. Great product , I used it for a 3 mile run today. No complaints
