Good question. Hereditary dark circles are certainly a challenge. The TOULON Eye Cream is formulated to enrich and thicken the skin under and around your eyes, to help minimize the visibility of the damaged capillaries causing the dark circles. It also has some vitamin C in the formula, which is the best ingredient to actually heal the capillaries. Unfortunately, results vary from person to person, as you can see from the response by Marisel. The key is to use the products correctly. If you have very sensitive skin, this may not be right for you. The eye cream contains a little glycolic acid which can irritate sensitive skin. Other than that, this set is rather easy on the skin. ONE TIP: the best product on the market to help with dark circles is a quality Vitamin C serum. There are many brands out there and most are perfectly fine. If you go this route, be sure to apply the serum to damp skin immediately after cleansing so the serum can penetrate as deeply as possible, and follow up with an eye cream or moisturizer to help lock the serum in place.
