I work in front of the computer for long hours due to my busy work schedule, so I use this back stretcher to somehow improve my posture and lessen backaches.The back stretcher has 96 blunt acupressure points for deep-tissue massage for pain relief without hurting the skin, unlike some other back stretchers. It has a non-slip cushioning blue silica gel that protects the spine without falling off and is a good pain relief for back pain. It works by correcting the posture to make long working or standing more enduring. Additionally, it takes away pressure from key areas such as the back, neck, shoulder, and clavicle pain. Wearing this daily will help you develop muscle memory, which means that even without the posture corrector, you will stay straight and upright.Furthermore, the posture corrector is designed for men and women. It’s easy to use, with two adjustable straps to put on and a longer Velcro closure. Just adjust the posture corrector and its belt according to your body shape. It somehow eases my back pain after working but to be honest, it’s not that easy to use. You can just adjust the straps but it’s too stiff, so you would have to put more effort into wearing it. That’s not an easy job, especially if you are having muscle pain and stiffness already.Overall, I think it is a bit expensive for only having some small benefits from the back stretcher. I don’t think it will correct the posture or completely remove tension or back pain. It may support, but don’t expect it to do all the work.

I liked the idea of this back support as it is good and firm and easy to adjust but unfortunately due to my limited mobility in my shoulders and arms I struggled to get it on and off and therefore fit it comfortably as I couldn’t really pull the straps tight so that it could then do its job. Unfortunately I had to therefore conclude that this wasn’t the back support for me.

Back stretcher and Posture Corrector.The package contained two items: the back stretcher and the posture correction harness. The back stretcher came with good clear instructions including how to put it together, use it and adjust it. I would definitely recommend starting on the lowest setting and working your way up; even at its lowest setting it gave me a nice stretch after four hours on the golf course.The posture correction harness didn't come with any instructions but it’s easy to figure out. You basically put it on and there are Velcro straps on each side that you can adjust to fit. You can definitely feel it pulling you into a better posture, does it work? Only time will tell.

I wanted these to work but sadly was a bit disappointed.Whilst the shoulder posture corrector was adjustable and fitted I would not think of it as designed to be an ‘under the clothes’ support. It is not the easiest thing to put on but once in place (over clothes) I could feel it was pulling my shoulders back and might help in retraining bad posture if used frequently for short periods of time to start with.The back stretcher was very difficult to put together. It needed a lot of strength which if your back aches might not be the easiest time to try to do this! I only managed to get it in the first setting. Having putting in the effort and had this set up, laying on it a few times it does not seem to help. Yes my spine was cushioned by the central strip and the ‘prongs’ were felt but I don’t feel it has made my back feel ‘stretched’. If I had been able to use either of the other settings then I might have felt a bit different.Unfortunately I think I will revert to my Pilates book for ideas to stretch my back as I think this might give a more noticeable result.
