Amazon’s fault as it was fulfilled by them: they sent it in one of their white and blue bags with built-in bubble wrap on the sides. This meant my tofu, which is delicate, was crumbly. About a third was broken off and in pieces when I opened the tofu box.But Clearspring is great, and I wish they sold regular tofu too.
