The item I received was clearly used as it still had dirt stuck to a huge scratch on its side. It was also missing the cushion it supposedly includes. Would give it even less stars if I could. I decided to pay a bit more for a better quality product and be sure it wouldn't break when used, but I regret it.Do not get this for the elderly!!! As for the product itself, when opening it you have to make sure the small plastic bits align and click to lock. It took me a few times to get it right so I can't imagine an elderly person or someone with grip issues trying to open it. If its not opened correctly it will close down.

I had ordered this stool to be used while I shoot various sports. However as soon as I opened the box, its didn't seemed the right one. The color was different and the cushion was missing. It worked as it should have with a little roughness. The packing was also different than the one show on Amazon. Have returned it and I hope to receive the right one.

The good reviews on this product are not correct. It is very badly made and does not work. I returned it
