Q: Recently standard shoes seem to be too tight in the toes section. Should I buy they wide version or stay with the standard with your shoes?

The normal Torins are pretty wide. I usually take a 2e or even a 4e in a dress shoes, I I just get by with the normal width. Maybe buy the normal width, try them on, and if you don't think they are wide enough, return them and get the wide.

Q: Is the insole removable?

The two pair I have, the insole is removable. Can’t speak for all their shows.

Size 7 with a D width which is about average for a man.
