Subtle results, would consider buying more pairs
I put these on my slipper boots to keep me 'grounded' around the house as I have to stay indoors most days with fibromyalgia and spondylosis. Immediately, my feet began to have a (good) dull ache instead of the rest of my body and after a day, I would say it has definitely taken the 'edge' of my conditions. If you are not expecting sudden miracles and appreciate these for the subtle workings off them, these are ideal - particularly for painful conditions like mine. I couldn't comment on healthy people who just need general strong grounding. I am considering getting another pair or two. Nice design and much safer option to buying an electrical grounding mat.

One fell off the first day wearing them and cant stick it back
2 big for my shoe as I am a size 4 and it fell off within a few hours and it was not wet outside
