***Update: I have received the replacement and it was complete. The three stars were just for the inconvenience of having to return it and it not being right the first time. I really needed it for a violinist that Friday. I haven't tried out the CD yet so I will maybe update it to 4 stars if the CD works.It was missing the violin section I have returned it and asked for a replacement. Once I receive the completed book with nothing missing I will update my review.

Didn't receive the removable string part that is mentioned in the description and on the book cover. Came only with CD.Update: 9/5/20Updating review for the excellent customer service. As soon as I selected my option to replace the item with new for the missing part, seller shipped new item right away the same day. I have it with me and in barely 2 days. Has the insert and CD.

This is a great book but it is very much for the intermediate player. The keys, chromatic, and rhythms required are far beyond a beginner.

When we got this book, my daughter took it to her room and started playing the songs on her violin. First time she ever played those songs she played them very well. She loves this book and has even took it to school and showed her violin teacher. Some of her friends asked if they could try playing the songs and they loved it as much as my daughter did. Great book. Will buy more for sure.
