Daniel Priestly writes great books.Key Person of Influence was an excellent read; Oversubscribed is just the same.This book continues the idea of KPOI by outlining what it takes to create a “remarkable” business that has a regular flow of clients and customers - a business that is oversubscribed.The book is extremely practical with many eye-opening elements packaged with lots of stories and examples from well known and lesser known brands and businesses.If you want to build a world class profitable business, this is a great place to start.

I have been in business for 15years. We were teetering between over and just under subscribed closing and opening our books to new business and not knowing how to grow whilst keeping the hours we wanted to work. I’ve finished this, re read and highlighted so I could write up my notes and a plan to implement the content. I now have a clear direction thanks to this book. I have the tools to manage being over subscribed and help our business grow whilst keeping the hours I want. I recommend.

This book is a must read if you have no clue on how to make demand for your services or products exceed supply. A lot of eye-opening information laid out simply.

I had read the previous book and though it was great, the second edition is even better! I had implemented somethings first time around but not enough. The knowledge in this book is worth £10,000's and I don't just mean what you can earn I mean the book could be sold for that amount! If you are in business and want to succeed commercially this book is a MUST read!
