I bought this so I didn't have to carry multiple cables but it has been far more hassle.I mostly use the micro USB and USB-C connectors, and with the Micro it works well, but when I use it as a USB-C it doesn't tend to work. It gives off an electric buzz whenever I connect the USB-C to any device and the fast charge only seems to work if I plug the USB-C in 'the right way'.I've bought a micro USB to USB-C adapter I keep in my wallet which works far better.

I currently own an iPhone 6s but an amazon fire tablet so I purchased this to cover both products. It doesn’t feel as durable as my Anker braided cables (which would have been my preference had there been a choice) however it is a decent cable. Both the lightening & micro USB ports work well & interchange easily. I’ve deducted one point for durability because I had a galaxy phone with a usb c port to repair & although the lead charged it well it was almost impossible to remove the usb c port adapter from the micro usb cable end & I was genuinely worried it was permanently stuck or I was going to break it trying to pull them apart. Although I did eventually remove it I personally wouldn’t use the usb c port again because I’d be worried about the same thing happening. My last issue with this cable however is that unlike my 5 other Anker cables I cannot use it with my phone case on - the case isn’t particularly thick so I find this very disappointing. It is also a nuisance having to remove the case every time I need even a small charge. I would recommend this as a spare quality fast charging cable but if you’re using it for a iPhone 6/6S & you use a phone case then I wouldn’t recommend this as a main cable because of the inconvenience.

Bought this item to use when away photographing stuff to save on cables. It was primarily for my USB-C powered MacBook. Result? Nothing. Plugged it in. Initial charge. 3s later nothing. Tried 3 power points. Useless. Expected better from Anker. All previous products great. This one a complete Dodo. Prob good on other plug-ins but do not buy for a USB-C apple plug-in.

This is my 20th plus purchase of an anker product. Have never had any problems with them, customer service is always great & I always pay the extra for their well made products. This is perfect for the car but would also be helpful around the house. My & the hubby have different chargers for our phones plus an ipad so its great. Also for guests in the car although not in ours currently as for some reason our car has a usb c port in the back, but thats fixable as I have an anker adapter somewhere. Back to the product, it's strong & gives a fast charge like all anker products I have had. Always recommend them.

I saw this reviewed in a US blog. I found it on amazon.co.uk and for around £10 thought it was worth a punt. It's a very useful cable - charges my iPhone, Kindle, Anker portable power charger, Apple watch etc. It can also charge my MacBook via a USB C charger. I'm really pleased with it - it reduces the amount of cables I need to take. Excellent value for money!

I recently bought the powerbank, case and anker cables along with this 3 in 1 in case I want to charge matching brands such as sn ipad and iphone etc.The 1st wouldn't charge my Samsung s9 using the c cable adaptor so I returned it and ordered a replacement. This arrived today and yet again, the c cable adaptor doesnt work. I have to use a 3rd party adaptor fitted to the micro usb cable adaptor. It's very misleading and I can only assume that this particular c adaptor is different to all others. Might work on certain devices but I've not found one yet.Good quality but very disappointed as I now have to carry yet another adaptor which is ridiculous given that this should cover most charging requirements in 1 product.Reported to anker but as yet still no response....

I love this cable, so much I bought a second. It’s really convenient. I’ve mostly used the iPhone and micro charging on this; but friends have used the usb-c on their phones successfully.I recently (after 2.5 years) had cause to test out the lifetime warranty. The lightning connector stopped working. Initially I used the online chat and the person there went through a few problem solving solutions (cleaning adaptor with alcohol, testing lead on another device, etc), when they were unsuccessful I was directed to a form to fill out. The form asks for a copy of receipt (screenshot of Amazon was fine), picture of the lead with serial number if possible.The next day I received an email letting me know a replacement cable had been sent out and asking me to let them know it was working ok. The cable arrived within a couple of days and works well.The process was easy and I’m even more supportive of Anker products now. Brilliant!

I really rate Anker products, in fact most of my reviews for the many Anker products I’ve bought are generally five stars. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Due to the plug-in plug design, it makes this product quite susceptible to breakage. With careful usage this is a great and very useful product. But the reality is when you have a plug in plug system it causes Stress on the connector which is going into the phone/device. I’ve had two of these and they have both broken within months. With that said Ankers customer care is absolutely excellent and they replaced it without question.
