Really great value and taste REALLY good!

I've bought nibs once before but usually buy powder cos its more usable. However, that's changed for me since I bought a spice grinder. Blitz these nibs into a powder and sprinkle it, add to smoothies or just spoon it down like I do, its delicious. Definitely limit it to less than a couple of tablespoons per serving though, otherwise, I think it might be the theobromine that does it, I have heard it described as a neuro toxin, so it does have the potential to make you dizzy, but as with many health promoting food properties, it is only the dose that makes the poison.

These nibs are top quality..

These cacao nibs are amazing. If you use them raw as I do, sprinkled into my breakfast cereal mix, you can't fail to notice the difference. They are full of flavour and natural sweetness, and they are firm but not tooth-breakingly hard like some other brands. I haven't cooked with them yet, but I'm already looking forward to the results!

I had these recommended to me to have the magnesium from chocolate but not the calories. I did think that they may be too bitter for me but I gave them a try. The only way I can eat them is on top of a banana or in with a cereal but they tend to sink to the bottom of the bowl, soo the powder is probably best for cereals. I will pursue this.

Not what I was expecting, really really hard, impossible to melt, very much an aquired taste.Personally I would not buy it again, I will probably throw the rest away... Yuck.
