The media could not be loaded.  I've owned and tried many different headstraps, ranging from halo straps, elite strap, Deluxe audio strap, and other cheap aftermarket headstraps sold on here.I can honestly say for the money this headstrap is so much better then almost all of them, only other headstrap that gives this one somewhat competition for looks, comfort, practicality, and durability is the Htc Deluxe audio strap, but even that headset of almost two years of use finally gave in(multiple plastic teeth in the rotating gear mechanicism broke) For the price, you're getting a headstrap that is half the cost of an elite strap and more durable then one, also leagues ahead of any other aftermarket headstrap you'll find on here when it's comes to durability.When you first pick this headstrap up you can feel the weight of it, and it's feels well made, also the weight in the back acts as a good counter weight to balance the headset. I also found this headstrap to be compatible with the VR power battery straped to the back.Few other good points of the headset, is that the side arms are all one piece, not made out of multiple pieces as you'll find with other headstraps sold on here, and the top strap is made out of this nice feeling silicone material, way better feeling then velcro in my opinion. Lastly, the turn knob doesn't squeak and sounds very well made when tightening and going through the clicks, and the headstrap doesn't loosen over time when playing games such as Beat saber or Thrill of the fight.Overall I highly recommend this headstrap, and also have to say I'm shocked it's not more expensive, as this is so much better qaulity then other cheap headstraps on here. Lastly if you find the back piece that cups your head to be uncomfortable at the slightest bit, order the VR cover elite strap cushion, with a bit of modding on the cushion , it fits on this headstrap to give even more comfort.Hope this review helps you decide if this headstrap is right or not for, thanks for reading this way to long review haha.

I don't have experience trying different straps; so my review is simply from the included pathetic strap the Oculus Quest comes with vs this one. I see several that have good reviews, but I chose this one. I love it. I have a small head and a flat back of head (it took me years to figure out why I can't wear headbands!)... and I could NOT get the headset that came with the Quest to be comfortable for very long at a time. Also, if I let anyone else use it; it was nearly impossible to get it "right" again. This headset is awesome. It locks right on like a gentle vice grip and keeps the view stable. I, personally, don't find it too heavy. I'm a 5'5" female at 115 lb... for reference. The only downside I find is with the meditation apps; I'd like to be able to lay my head back on a pillow, and you really can't do that comfortably with the counterweight in back. That's far from important compared to how this headset (from the original) took my VR experiences from frustrating to a fun new universe. I hope this helps someone!

As one of the cheaper Elite Straps out there for the Quest 2, this has got to be one of the best. The soft silicone part of the strap is a night and day difference from the default flimsy strap that comes with the system and the part that attaches to the headset is a durable and flexible plastic that shouldn’t snap like the Official $50 Elite strap. The dimensions of this strap are the same as the official Elite Strap and should fit in any case that can fit the Official one. Feels much more secure during sessions of Beat Saber with lots of dodging and ducking than the default strap

This thing is so comfortable. I don't understand why Oculus doesn't supply you with one of these with the actual purchase. It holds the Oculus comfortably to your head and it holds it at a position that allows for a great vision of viewing your games while playing on the quest

I received this headset strap a day early actually, which was definitely a plus but that seems more like an amazon shipping thing. Anyways lets get down to the bit:Price to quality - This head strap feels PREMIUM. I've used the elite strap and several other straps but this by far matches the feeling and aesthetic of the elite strap the best. The plastic feels smooth and soft touch, with the same matt texture as the original headset and definitely a solid color matching to the original plastic, only being noticeably different up close if at all. the counter weight on the back does make the strap seem a bit weird at first when its not on the headset, but seeing as the counter weight weighs almost the exacts same amount as the headset, it makes the console itself feel light as a feather on the head. If you put the elite strap without battery on my head, then put this on my head, and asked me to determine which was the official one based on comfort alone, I'd likely pick this one.Comfort - Okay, to get it out of the way, I'll explain why I gave it a 4 star in the comfort department. While the silicone head cup in the back is very comfortable all in all as ill explain later, I did notice a slight uncomfortable pressure in certain points of my head, not painful just a hair uncomfortable. I assume this to be the nature of the structure and material however, and it doesn't take too much away from the product itself. Now on to the good stuff, beyond that minor gripe, this strap feels AMAZING! The soft silicone feels absolutely amazing, the top strap adjustment system at the top feels premium with a metal rivet used to control length at the top, making it feel substantial and final. I saw some complaints about the locking mechanism but compared to other straps I've tried this one is absolutely god tier. It is almost silent when tightening but doesn't feel like its going to suddenly loosen and feels very substantial and secure. The loosening mechanism does make a clicking sound, but it doesn't come off annoying or flimsy feeling, the sound is soft and non abrasive and adds to the overall product experience. The whole thing feels very very nice on the head but does tend to squeeze your head and doesn't make the headset feel as if its floating like other straps do, if you like that sort of sensation I'd go for the bobo vr halo strap, but I personally do not like that feeling and I think anyone would agree that no matter your preference this still feels very nice on the head.Build quality - This is where the strap really impressed me, but because I have little bad to say this section will be short. The silicone on the top doesn't pull or tug on the hair, though I've noticed a few loose strands. Like I said the mechanism feels substantial and premium, and the top strap tightening system feels very nice.Over all, this is absolutely a buy, if you want a high quality strap for free that has an OEM aesthetic, oh boy is this one it.
