Extremely disappointed with my experience! First, I ordered an zouk bag, and it arrived with loose stitching, so I had to return it. Then, I bought a leather bag, and now this one has a lot black stain on the front. It feels like Amazon deliberately lowered the price just to get rid of the defective stock, and now that they’ve solved their problem, they’ve created one for me by increasing the price again! Why should I pay extra for their poor quality control? To top it off, when I requested a refund, they wanted to deduct ₹200. This is nothing but a scam—selling defective products, manipulating prices, and charging unfair refund fees. Amazon needs to fix this mess immediately!

Color is soft pale pink that I wanted. Size is medium.File can not be inserted.But 500ml bottle, small umbrella,purse and other small things can be easily kept. I wish material was softer .In picture it looks soft and quilted. In reality it is medium stiff. 2 star less for this.Because of the colour I am keeping it. Got it at 899/- .
