It works fine. Arrived quickly. Excellent range. You'll need a jeweler's screwdirver to open the back.
The product arrived quickly.This is the correct model for my garage door opener.The Carper 300 is easy to program, but of course you need the right code.You need a small jeweler's screwdriver to open the back to program the DIP switches.It has excellent range. I use it inside a building garage without a direct line-of-site to the opener. We can still open the door over 50' away.It does not have a clip to attach to a car visor.It comes with a piece of Velcro to stick it to the visor, but I'm not sure that the adhesive works well on felt.The battery was included.The flashlight isn't very strong, but is enough to see the lock on the door.You'll want to change the key ring, because the chain that comes with the device is weak.This is our third one.The other two have been working fine for two years.We have no problem with them.

Its a cool thing to have and it worked great in the beginning but a month later its already dying....no worth the money... buttons are caving inside

Easy to program, does what it says. The keychain it came with was kind of crappy, and I had to permanently bend it in order to even get the fob onto it and now it annoys me when I notice it, but that doesn't affect the functionality.

This item is small, compact and works great. I had no problem setting the code, maybe I was just lucky, and it jworks just fine. The seller was great, fast delivery and handled a minor problem that was my fault. I would recommend this product to others.

Does the Job
I've purchased 4 of these items since January 2005. The first one lasted 6.5 years, the second just under 5 years and the last one only 8 months. Don't know why the last one failed so early, because the lights come on when the buttons are pressed but the garage door won't open. New one arrived today and works fine. A range of colors would be nice.
