Took about15min to replace. A drop-in replacement on my 12yr old Gibson unit. Note: The bearings at the back of my old unit were visibly leaking grease and I suspect the fan/motor wasn't working as well b/c we were having instances of the furnace failing to startup. This fixed that problem immediately.

Fit the replacement I needed. Picture was true to product.
