This is a nice product. The carrier bag is quality material and the contents inside aren't bad either. The rod itself is your standard 4-part fly rod and goes together nicely. Lightweight and durable. The reel on the one we received is set up for left-handed people (?), so double-check that as you order. The fly's are in good condition, hooks sharp. And the extra parts (clippers, pulley, line, etc) were a nice bonus. This is a great starter kit for those looking to get into fly fishing.

I bought this for my BF because we lost his---possibly left it at a fishing spot. :(Anyway, he LOVES this lightweight pole. I am now the "best girlfriend ever". :)It is easy to use, easy to store, comes with its own case, which he loves because he can pack it with all his fly stuff and wander the rivers for hours without having to come back for more ties or leaders.I tried to learn on his old one, but it was a bit heavy--this one is much easier to learn on. It just flows... I might end up buying one for myself eventually.

I have been wanting a Fly Fishing pole for awhile a decided to treat myself and this did not disappoint.It is a perfect 1st time kit. It is easy to carry in the zippered case. It was easy to put together and the Rod is very sturdy.The reel casts very smooth, and the flies that came with it are very colorful and are made well.

I've been a baitcaster all my life and every time I see it's jumping for flies I wished I had a fly rod. I bought this setup because for an entry-level the price was reasonable.The quality seems good and at least now when I see fish jumping for flies I can pull out this fly rod.Update: I like it's all well I bought a second one (8') for my brother to be his Christmas present!

I received it about 2 days back and it is very easy to set up, very light and seems very smooth to do the casting as well. I cannot wait to give a try next weekend.It comes with a bag and a small box which contain several hooks they are looks so cute. The bag fit the rod and steel which by design for sure. I love it so far.
