Hello ladies,I ordered these lipo form because it was highly recommended by my massage therapist. I started using these forms after a week of my surgery (liposuction of my abdomen). It was soft, flexible, durable and easy to use within your faja. These foams can be definitely be washed via washing machine. I still recommend to purchase another set to alternate for the upcoming months. These forms help to shape your waist long with the Faja. So, wear them please!!Moreover, due to its durability and comfortability, you can definitely use either 3 or 4 of these forms under your Faja. Highly recommend!!!! Good luck on healing journey.

They DO smell of chemicals as the 1 star ratings say. I soaked overnight with a few drops of detergent in a tub that fit the sink. You will need to weight them down, I used a glass bowl filled w water. They will submerge more on their own taking on more water. Rinse VERY WELL in the morning: squeezing, soaking, repeat. Dried in the sun. Smell completely gone. They retained their shape. These are a MUST for lipo.

I’m not one to leave a review and I wish I read the reviews on here before purchasing. I recently purchased a lipo board set that came with foam and I had zero problems. I didn’t think I needed to read a review before purchasing a pack of foams. When arrived I put them under my faja directly on my skin. After being on for 10 mins I started itching. Then I got really uncomfortable and started getting stomach pain. A few hours went by and I couldn’t sleep because I kept smelling a weird odor so I decided to shower although I had already showered. When I took off my faja the smell was so strong It could of knocked me out.. I immediately smelled my faja and it wasn’t what I was smelling. Once I smelled those boards I couldn’t believe it. It was weird odor that smelled like chemicals. No way it should smell that strong. I’m now very itchy and had to take Benadryl. It also caused some swelling in my lower abdominal. Thank God they were only on for a few hours because God knows how bad it would have been. I’m still itching and skin is irritated and praying this calm down in the next hour or so.. Do not buy..
