Honestly, messaging with their customer service was a great experience! They were SUPER helpful, understanding of the situation and just made the whole experience pleasant. A little back story.. I originally purchased this bottle in May because I fell in love with the color.. the pink and blue one. I had a slight issue with the bottle and I was going to just try a new brand when I decided to just reach out and send the seller a message regarding the issue. I AM SO GLAD I DID because they were beyond professional!!!As an educator, it is very difficult to leave the classroom to get water so I rely on my bottle throughout the day.. especially during outside supervision duty! I’ve already recommended this water bottle to a lot of my teacher friends, but even if you aren’t a teacher, this is a great bottle.. not to mention again how great the customer service was! If I ever need a water bottle again, I know who I’m going too! Thank you again !!!!

This is a great water bottle, keeps water cold, though I drink it before a 24 hour period so I don't know if it will keep cold for that long (as stated in amazon information) and I have not used it for hot drinks.

TLDR: I got this bottle in two sizes, and I absolutely love them. They look great, and have effectively grabbed enough attention to have several friends ask for the link.- Size: The 24 oz size fits in the bottle holder on the side of my backpack perfectly, and the 32 oz. can be tucked into my tote easily. Both seem to hold more liquid than the labeled size.-Leak proof: I only use the spout lid and I haven't had an problems with leaks. The 24 oz spent several days in airports tucked right up next to my laptop without any problems.-Thermal retention: I've used both bottles for cold, and it seems to hold temp much longer than it takes me to drink whatever's in there. I don't doubt the 24 hour cold claim. I put hot coffee in my larger bottle once. I preheated the bottle with hot water, which I do with any thermos, and the coffee was definitely still very drinkable in the 4-5 hours it took me to finish, but I don't know that I'd hold out hope for 12 hours. Still, more than functional for me in that regard.- Build/Color: The midnight green is fantastic. I've been lugging these around for a few weeks without any visible signs of wear, and I'm not particularly gentle. As i mentioned above, the 24 oz has been in and out of overhead bins and through security several times, and still looks good as new. I did, however, buy REUZBL Bottle Bumpers (also on amazon) for both. In addition to some pretty significant shock protection, this let me add a handle on the side of the bottle. The handle on the cover is great for carrying, but my grip isn't always great, so having a side handle makes the bottle (especially the fatter 32 oz.) a ton easier to hold while I'm actually drinking out of it. I also noticed that I can get spare lids from the Glink store if I need/want them, so that's a plus. I expect the lid (which is plastic) is likely to be the thing that might go first.Cleanability: I hand wash these bottles, and there hasn't been a problem. I have a silicone bottle brush that more than easily reaches to the bottom, and i haven't had any problems. The lids i just scrub out with a brush, and the spout top is wide enough to wedge a scrubby into without a problem. There's no gross mildew smell from not quite getting cleaned or dried properly.

I really like the handle, and while it doesn't fit in my cup holder, it does in fact keep drinks cold (with ice) for up to 12 hours if you fill it all the way up with ice. I use it for water only, but it's easy to clean...and it's drop proof!

These bottles are amazing for my kids. 100% leakproof, always ice remaining when they get home, beautiful colors, and come with two lids (one straw and one open pour with cap) which is super cool! Would highly recommend for any age/purpose!

Got this on Prime Day, and I use it regularly. Keeps my drink nice and cold, came with the extra lid type, and is trendy. Great quality too. I'd buy again!

I needed a leak-proof coffee container for use in my new car. This water bottle is perfect for me. It keeps coffee hot for a long time. I've also used it for Coke-a-Cola and the drink stays very cold for a long time. It comes with two tops - one top with a straw and another top with a screw-off cap. I use the top with a straw in my car. No spills ever! Very pleased. Highly recommended.

I added my personalized stickers and take this to work everyday with me. I suggest bigger ice for longer lasting cold drinks but honestly it’s true to its name and works awesome

This bottle has been attached to my hand for months! I put ice cubes in the bottle in the morning and they’re still in there at night, it’s super easy to clean and you don’t get any condensation on the outside which I love!

I bought this bottle only after reading the reviews that was posted. The seller who is selling this bottle really needs to rewrite the specs for the bottle. For example- the water doest stay cold as long as it has been mentioned. The water leaks from the bottle.The plastic screw top for the bottle is quite cheap.I expected more for the money I payed.Even worse is, I live in Australia. I will have to pay from my own pocket to return this product to LA. The cost of send back the bottle is $36. Which is such a waste of money.Absolutely disappointed with the product.

Je la garde pareil, mais je vais m’en servir pour la laisser dans la voiture avec de la glace et elle garde sa glace pendant 3 jours, donc, je la conseille, mais n’oubliez pas de vérifier les onces quand vous commander

So far it’s been great! Hasn’t leaked, the purple colour is super pretty, and I like how it comes with a lid that has a straw and one without!
