Great product. My wife and I rock climb and she can't seem to get a pull up just yet. These bands help her with the small assistance that she needs to do a few pull ups, and I'm sure will help with her muscle memory. I also use them to better practice my one armed pull ups and muscle ups, along with core workouts. These bands came in great shape, and have been extremely durable. I have put them to the test. They work great. Would definitely buy again if needed. But I'm sure they will last a good deal of time. Would totally recommend these.

Just received the bands they look like good quality they don’t have a smell they come in nice package look at the pictures you get one of each color and I’m 6‘2” and they seem to stretch pretty well. They are made in China but what do you expect everything including the iPhone is made in China nowadays. I am pleased with the order so far Time will tell how resilient and long lasting these bands will be but at this time during Covid pandemic it’s hard to find any weights so hopefully that should assist in our strengths Training needs. The circumference is 82 inches. I try to answer all the questions that I had before ordering. You guys that are reading this stay safe and stay healthy.

Just got these in and they seem like a really great set for the price. Very good quality bands. The black band takes me from not being about to do a pull up, to being able to do about 10 in a row. I'm 6'4 and 215 pounds. Also, I think some of the people who put lower reviews may not have seen the chart, where if you are heavier and/or still having trouble with just one band, you can double them up. I've also used these for face pulls and a few other resistance workouts. All in all, great buy and a lot cheaper than some of the other options on Amazon.

This product works as expected. The bands come in a neat package and are individually wrapped with, you guessed it, rubber bands. I’ve been using the thickest black band for a few days now and it is more than adequate to assist lifting all of my 170 lbs. Each band is colored so you know which resistance band you are using if you can’t tell by the thickness. I would recommend this product to a friend but wouldn’t recommend writing a short review. If you do write a short review, you may wake up to an email from Lara telling you to write it again and to answer some questions. Well Lara, the product does fit the description and appearance in the listing. The quality and functionality of the bands are superb and I use them daily in my garage on a pull up bar. I’ve tried to stretch this review as much as the bands but I think this as good as it is going to get. All in fun. I actually do like the bands and I think it is helping me improve my max pull-ups.

I attached these to my pull up bar and it made it so much easier to do pull ups, after a couple weeks I was able to do 25 pull-ups without the bands on defiantly a game changer and increases the amount you can do.

The bands seem like good quality so far. I've used the black and purple bands 3 times on a doorway pull up bar. I chose this brand in part because the price was good. But I also chose it because this seemed like the only option with a chart telling you which bands to use/combine for what you're trying to accomplish. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to use bands in general, but I would not have known which ones to buy without a chart like this.

When I ordered the 3-pack I thought it would be a good span of resistance...meaning as I progressed from the heaviest resistance I could gradually use the lesser resistance bands. But the 2 smaller bands are very small and hardly have any resistance. The smallest band looks like a giant rubber band and doesn't actually do anything so I'm wondering what the point of it is. I really do like the largest band as I know it's helped me in my training, but I wish the other bands could help me as I progress. Honestly I think they should've packed the 3 heaviest bands from the 5 pack instead of the 3 they gave me. Good quality though.

J'ai acheté ces bandes de resistances afin de pouvoir m'améliorer dans la réalisation de tractions car c'est un de mes points faibles. Elles sont d'excellente manufacture (pas de craquèlement sur les bandes qui peut faire peur à une future coupe) et on ressent vraiment la qualité du produit. De plus elles font partie des moins chères du marché (j'ai consulté plusieurs vendeurs et boutiques avant de faire mon choix) et je suis quasiment sûr qu'elles sont du meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Attention cependant pour les personnes n'étant pas très grandes, les bandes noires sont VRAIMENT très résistantes. Il peut être compliqué de mettre les pieds dedans lorsque l'on est petit sans avoir un peu de force dans les bras pour les tirer vers le bas. Dans ce cas, n'hésitez pas plutôt à mettre les genoux ! En tout cas n'hésitez pas et foncez car ce sont d'excellentes partenaires de training :)

Hochwertige Widerstandsbänder. Die Hände riechen nach der Benutzung ein wenig nach Gummi, aber sind ja schließlich auch Gummibänder ;) Ansonsten funktionieren sie gut für Ringtraining, man kann sich ohne Bedenken auf das schwarze setzen und hat guten Support. Aber auch zum alleinigen Training sind die Bänder super und lassen eine Vielzahl an Übungen zu! Würde sie wieder kaufen!
