Turnbuckle was wrong..they fixed!
The turnbuckle wasn't wide enough to fit the sling cable ends. After I reached out, they refunded the amount to purchase a new turnbuckle (faster way to get one) plus a little more! Seems to be sturdy! Be sure you have it on a strong tree!! I put it on one that I thought was strong enough but turned out to not be and bowed the whole tree!

This zipline kit is so beyond fun. It allows you to make a fun zipline anywhere you have 2 trees. It's easy to install but may require 2 people or a lot of back and forth to make sure it's tight. Once setup it comes with everything you need even the safety harness. And it's removable so at night it can be put up so nobody gets hurt

A complete disappointment
This is the most disappointing product I’ve purchased on Amazon in over a decade. I bought it for my dad as a birthday present in December and it wasn’t warm enough to install it until this weekend. Pieces were missing, directions were terrible, and two critical pieces didn’t work at all. We tried to modify and they still didn’t work. We had 6 adults working in it including two science teachers and a mechanical engineer. Still we couldn’t make it roll at all. The kiddos were very sad. DO NOT BUY!!

Great product with a few modifications
Sturdy product, feels high quality. Kids have been having a blast with it and the belt is easier to switch between kids than the versions with leg loops.A few suggestions:(1) there is a metal bar on the trolly that rubs the wire (it’s too close to the wheels) and makes it so the trolly can’t be easily removed. I used a saws-all to cut that bar off and it’s much better.(2) others have commented on the turnbuckle being too small, I ordered a triangle carabiner to attach the loops to and it has worked really well.

Works great!
My son is super excited about this zipline set! Good size in terms of the length and weight limit. The instruction is clear, and the steps are not too crazy considering it is a heavy duty zipline! Fun for youth and the whole family.

Wish We Bought Sooner!

Trolley is too tight, had to wear it down.
Trolley wheels were too close to the guide causing it to run on the cable. It barely moved when we tried to use it.

What Great Fun!
Although it took 2 of us to install in our trees it was worth the work.
