This product does not last long. It continues to stop working after seconds of run time. Machine has been cleaned and charged and still does not work.

Unboxing ExperienceI have never had a vacuum robot before, which I why was very excited to test JISIWEI. Since I had recently gotten my new puppy, this vacuum cleaner was the perfect addition to our family. I got excited to see whether JISIWEI would be able to clean up all the hair and other dirt that our puppy would be bring into the house.My unpacking experience was full of excitement. The package was in great condition and well packed to avoid any possible damage to the product. JISIWEI was packed in a box with a simple design. All the tools very easy to find and a booklet was included. This was very helpful to get acquainted with the vacuum cleaner and its functions.The booklet itself looks good at first sight. It has pictures that help to learn more about all the functions JISIWEI has to offer. However, the more I read through the booklet, the more mistakes I found. There were not only spelling mistakes but also some grammatically incorrect language that can lead to misunderstanding the content of the booklet. I would recommend for a native English speaker to read through the booklet to make sure it makes complete sense to the reader. Even though spelling mistakes may not make too much of a difference, their correction would make the booklet look more professional and allow for a better overall understanding of the product.Overall, the booklet was very helpful in understanding all the different functions JISIWEI has to offer. It often helped me out when I did not know what to do. However, there could sometimes be a little bit more clarity and more in-depth explanation on how to set up certain functions.Remote APP ControlThe app was easy to download and set up on my IPhone. At first sight, it looks very simple and user friendly. The more I used it though, the more complicated it became. It is oftentimes not clear how to use certain functions. The cleaning function only seems to offer the auto cleaning but does not allow to change times. If it does, it was too complicated to figure out. I would recommend an easier design to allow for all these functions to work.The app still needs some work in terms of demographics. When it asks the user to type in age, it asks to type the name when I click on it. It also does not let me fill out demographics nor save them.It took JISIWEI a while to connect to WIFI. It also made a beeping noise that did not sound good. If it does not connect to WIFI, this beeping noise just continues and does not stop. I liked that there are different options to connect to WIFI. If my Internet does not connect, I have the option to use the integrated WIFI through the robot. This was helpful for me because the robot simply did not want to connect to my WIFI. It took me a long time to finally get JISIWEI to work. Internet oftentimes just turned off during cleaning which made the robot stop. This got frustrating at times. I almost gave up and just used the auto-function that I can start by pushing a bottom on the robot itself. This is a great way to use the robot in case the WIFI is malfunctioning. I liked that I could use it either way.I loved the integrated remote control that came with the robot. This is a great way to ask the robot to do certain things without having to use a phone. It worked very well.HD CameraThe integrated HD camera is great and a wonderful addition to JISIWEI. I love the fact that I can take pictures of my puppy and film her when I am not there. It also makes me feel more secure to know that my apartment is protected through the camera in case someone would break in. The pictures are fairly good quality and let me switch between Ultra HD, HD or less. The HD camera is definitely a great addition to JISIWEI that lets this robot stand out.Motion DetectionJISIWEI does a pretty good job detecting any motion or object in its way. Once it gets close to an object it then turns away and moves into a different direction. It does not even touch the object, which is great. It definitely makes cleaning easier when moving all furniture out of the way. Especially chairs can be an obstacle as the robot may try to go under a rocking chair and does not stop. This can easily scratch the robot or the chair.CleaningOne thing I love about JISIWEI is its thorough cleaning function. It is fairly quiet, especially during the sweeping function. It does a good job cleaning and gets most of the dirt out. Also, it goes into corners and reaches points that a regular vacuum cleaner does not always reach. Only if there is dust, this sometimes is a little harder for JISIWEI to get at first. I would then have to ask the robot to go over the same spot again to vacuum the rest. The sweeping function is pretty good and does a thorough job. However, some water would help to have it do an even better job.It is very easy to clean the filter and there is also a great description about the cleaning process in the handbook. This is well explained.Auto-RechargingThe auto-recharging makes life so much easier and allows the user to sit back and relax. I love that I can simply tell the robot with one click to return to its charging station and it does so on its own. One thing that could be improved about auto-recharging are the flashing blue lights. If I decide to charge my robot at night, these lights are very strong and can disturb pets or individuals that are in the same room.Further Suggestions for ImprovementOverall, I had a fairly good experience with JISIWEI. The robot does its job when it comes to cleaning. It makes my life much easier because I can sit back and simply watch it make my house look cleaner and nicer. One thing that could be improved is the durability of the cleaning cycle. The robot sometimes simply turns off and I would have to manually turn it back on. This does not let me sit back and relax because I constantly have to be on the lookout for it to work. I liked that I can decide a certain time JISIWEI should clean. The remote control allows me to enable this function.JISIWEI scratches easily. Only after a one-time use I could already see scratches on its surface. It might help to apply a cloth or similar to protect the upper surface of the robot. Even though the present state does not limit the robot’s function in any way, a protection cloth would help to make it keep the same great design over a longer period of time.Settings for detecting strange noises or pictures can be improved. Once I turned this feature on, my robot sent me several alarming messages that it found an unsecure picture in my apartment even though there was not anything wrong.
