Large, High-Quality Item That Will Add to Your Workout
I was pleasantly surprised by the large size and high quality of this workout poster. The suggestions under the image of each exercise really helps me as I work my way through the range of exercises. I haven't yet tried the video option shown by a QR code at each exercise, but I like the idea. The poster is well worth the cost. It was packaged in a strong tube which arrived undamaged. I am going to look into buying more posters from the same company if they are offered.

Very useful QI codes help technique
The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is that it would be even better if the lamination was more substantial. I had to hang it in plexiglass. Otherwise it was beyond expectations.

See it while working out
I like the size and sturdiness of it. I put it in a frame and hung it up in my gym . It’s convenient to look at and remind me what exercise to do.
