Q: Does your shower head filter eliminate calcium and magnesium?

Ours removes calcium and rust from our water. I don’t know if we have magnesium or not but our water doesn’t leave any build up on our tub or shower. We have well water with no other water softener and I am very happy with this product.

Q: What size are the 2 White Washers?

We have 2 white washers for use, the white washing size is 0.75 inches, use the quality of materials, please rest assured to buy.

Q: Does it include the cartridge? Or do you have to buy it separately?

Lefty loosey righty tighty. The description below comes comes directly from the shower heads page with an exploded picture. The top half of the shower the filter and the shower head itself. Take your time you can do it. How to replace the filter? Shower shell consists of two parts and the filter element is built in the shower head. The ring interface on the shower head shell is the connection point of the two parts. Rotate the upper and lower parts of the shower head counterclockwise to replace the filter cartridge.
