Awesome camping bikes!
I got this step thru for my wife since she is only 5 feet tall. She loves it! I also got the 48v folding fat tire for myself. The bikes have been perfect for taking camping in our motorhome. And the value, compared to some other bike companies, is excellent! The only issue we have with this 36v is the controller display is very simple. And there is no adjusting power settings, like on my 48v. So, the power delivery on low versus high feels about the same. But, I'm 210 lbs and can do 22 mph with throttle only on this bike! Definitely worth the money, if you're looking for a budget friendly bike.🤙

Quality Electric Bike Super Fun!
We bought these after Riding our daughters electric bike these are the most fun you will ever have riding a bike, they’re easy to ride and well made. The fat tires make for a very smooth comfortable ride along with the adjustable handlebars and seat you sit in a position that’s comfortable and doesn’t hurt your back. If you ride one you will buy one it’s so much fun You actually want to ride bikes again. These bikes are made just like the ones in the expensive bike stores. That is where my daughter bought hers but paid a lot more. Get one from amazon it will come quick and you will be riding in no time.

I’m 69 years old and this bike allows me to remain very active even during a Pandemic!
I like it a lot, due to having knee problems. It allows me to pedal when I can; and to throttle when necessary. I’ve been riding every weekend in Huntington Beach, CA

Don't buy electric bikes online if the don't have repair or technical support in your area.
Right of the box I had problems with the breaks, contacted the company and their respond was "you just need an adjustment" I ask them to recommend someone in my area to do it for me was that they did not know of any one in my area in Southern California, a cople days later we got a message from the company informing us that they were sending us break replacements, we were happy to hear that; when the breaks arrived I call the company and inquired about a bike shop to install them and again they did not have any technical support available. We find a highly recommended Electric Bike Shop and got the breaks change. When we ask what was the problem with the original breaks, the technician said "the original breaks were of the chipest quality he ever seen, when we got the bill of 194.00 dollars we submitted to Ecotric, they said they could only afford to give us 150.00 back.Having bad breaks is not a joke.Amazon at the end gave us a full refund.

Unfortunately, it's made in COMMUNIST CHINA
Bought it for my wife so she could ride with me.We love on a steep hill.My bike is 2000wattsWe like this bike but the disk brakes were noisy. But so are most bike disks. My bike has a pedal force sensor. This one has the PAS and hand throttle. In my opinion all PAS's suck. But the hand control makes it safer. The 3 power level settings are a joke. They are all the same. But overall, we like it.The fat tires smooth out our rough fire trails. And they grip very well.

Well made sturdy bike.
First of all the shipping speed is amazing. Arrived in 3 days. Well packaged and wrapped and tied from top to bottom. Not a scratch or dent anywhere. The battery came fully charged. The assembly was pretty easy after watching a couple of YouTube videos. The book and instructions are pretty terrible. This is our 3rd folding 20” fat tire bike from this company. I wanted a drop frame for easy access. We had our other two bikes for over a year and enjoy taking them camping. The battery lasts a very long time. They are very well made and sturdy. Be advised that they are pretty big and heavy. With that they are also very stable. I am 5’8” and lower the seat all the way down.My only issue is the front reflector has to be cut off on the bottom to fit. Same with the other two bikes. I added a bigger more cushion seat and rear mirror to mine.

Don't Buy Until you VERIFY a local shop that will service!
I was very excited to receive this bike and use it! It's a fun little bike and I love the compact size and beefy tires. It's got some zip, too.... even though the cadence is super surge-y (what do you expect on a cheap bike).However.... after using twice, one of the pedals stripped off and I had to contact seller; the mailed me a new set and I had a friend install - no problem - I was out about 2 weeks of riding opportunity and some hassle. Then, the first time I folded it for a trip, upon arrival when I went to ride, their factory installed wiring harness had gotten caught in the fold (no, not user error...it was factory attached to frame with little to no wiggle room) and hence severed most of the wires in the wiring harness. After a ridiculous number of emails back and forth with the seller whose reps clearly speak stilted english, they said they'd send a new wiring harness. Because this is waaaayyy out of my scope of abilities (and patience) to replace, I searched for a local bike shop in Phoenix AZ who could do this work and NONE. I asked the company, and they also had no suggestions. Their solution (now 2 months of dealing with this) was for me to pay them $50 and they'd send me a return shipping label and shipping box to send the entire bike back to seller for them to repair. This meant I had to disassemble the bike, buy $30 in bubble wrap and packing peanuts....and when I tried to put then entire bike into the box they sent (yes, they wanted every part including wheels and battery), the box was too small (insert lots of magic words and a shot of tequila here). I finally got so frustrated that I threw it all in the back of my car and just dropped it off at a shipping store who will pack it at my expense. Soooo.... ask me about what a VALUE my "deal" of an e-bike has ended up being for me?? I have literally rode it 3 times in three months of ownership and have been dealing with this nonsense since then. I am hopeful that upon receipt of my bike they'll simply ship me an entirely new one - it seems like the right thing to do, but we shall see.To their credit, the seller appears to want to make this right, but honestly who has the time and energy to deal with all this? I'll keep you updated, but I wish I had just spend $2k on a bike purchased locally from a shop who could service it.... food for thought!
