This was a gift, and it came as pictured. He’s small and squishy and just great.

Nice little plush
Like other reviews have said he's firm but the fabric is soft. Also the keychain or chain he comes with I've been lucky with because it's one of those cheaper chains you see but it holds up. I had him on my purse for a while and wasn't worried about him falling off, but check the chain just in case. Otherwise the plush itself is super cute merch to have if you like this character.

It’s ok
It came with an ink smudge on the forehead. It was the only one in stock so we won’t return it but we won’t shop the company again. This is the only one they had in stock and was as probably returned due to the smudge and was resold it to me anyway.
