I tried to cancel this order, but was told by the supplier that it had been despatched, which was odd as the delivery date was originally for the end of October and was going to be too late for me, as I needed it for going on holiday.It arrived, it is soft, like another one I had before, I haven't used it as I was able to wash the one on my new knee pillow, and it dried really quickly, I was offered a 10% discount on the price, but would have sooner not had the item.
