This is a beautiful knife, it came pretty fast and everything seems to be in order.This is a chinese made Kiritsuke, and even when they say its a VG10 knife this is most probably not entirely true, since China doesnt use japanese VG10 this knife must be made of 10Cr15CoMoV, the chinese equivalent to VG10 with a 60-62 HRC.Overall, its a great choice, its not expensive, fit and finish its nice. Spine and choil are rounded and wont cut you, the profile may not be as good as a japanese knife since its more rounded but if you are looking for a knife that looks the part then this may be it.

While also looking a little Pretty. Nice Home chef flex, The factory sharpness was OK. But with a little work and a nice wet stone your in business.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. She totally loves it. The quality on it is well worth the money

Nothing wrong with the product so far. It is too early to tell how well the blade holds.
