Does this fit the clear doodler pen?

What kind of filament dose it use?

Apparently it has to be the 3mm. We ordered the pen and refill and the refill pack is 1.75mm and it does not work. Looking to look into getting a different pen that works with the 1.75mm because there are way more filament options.

The refills are same brand as doodler. Not sure what Pcl is.
