For TSI Volkswagens, the 17930 is the magic bullet against drone. For other cars I don't know, every resonator works on different frequencies.

Q: Is this the 5" round model?

I believe so yes. The actual canister size was larger than I thought from initial purchase.

Q: Can be fitted on lexus rc200t midpipe?

As long as the midpipe is 2.5" in diameter. If it is not, you can use adapters to match your current pipes to the inlet/outlet of the 17930.
