I was skeptical about this. However, this supplement works. I spoke to my doctor about this working. He is a well known urologist and is published as one of the best doctors in my area. He said It just depends on the person. Some people he says report supplements like this work wonders and for others there is no result or effect at all. He said you can read study after study that says it works and other that say it does not. He seems to think it varies from person to person. I can tell you after taking this my PSA went down and my Prostate for the first time in years is not enlarged. I have been on antibiotics for long periods of time in the past with no postive results and been tested for infection with negative results. This worked for me right away. Im not posting medical advice because it may not work for you but It worked for me. After taking it the results for me were shocking.

Having just turned 50 I was having some prostate issues and they just got worse and worse. I really didn't even know really what it was at the time and thought it was stomach issues and/or colon issues and then it started to get really painful and sexual function had pretty much gone away and I won't share other TMI issues. I researched and researched for quite a while and was a couple of days away from visiting a doctor which is a huge deal for me. I do NOT like to go to the doctor as I am self employed and self-insured. I also feared that I had some serious problems and was worried about surgery and other drugs and all kinds of stuff. Well, I decided to try this stuff and within a day, believe it or not as I really couldn't, the pain started to subside little by little and after a week it is almost gone. NO DOCTOR! NO DRUGS!!! NO MORE WORRY!!!! I really can't believe it. But the colon/stomach/groin pain was really worrisome and is almost gone. I have no doubt that this product is responsible as it could be nothing else.

I have tried other prostate supplements before and it's sometimes difficult to tell if they are helping with your symptoms. This one appears to have several ingredients that are recommended for prostate health and it seems to be helping. The pricing seems to be fair when compared to other brands available.

I actually liked this product and just ordered some more last week. I recently upped the dose to the maximum and noticed some issues with my heart recently. Never thought to attribute that too this medicine. I have been feeling more tired with increased fibrillation. I then saw a question from one customer about the warning on the label not to take if you have a heart condition - which I do. I failed to notice the warning label, but put two and two together once I read that feedback. Does that mean this product caused my heart issues? Well maybe not, but to me it's better to be safe than sorry. That said, it did work well so if you have no heart issues I strongly suggest you give this one a try. I myself have stopped using it and am now trying some other products and paying much closer attention to the labels on the bottle. So three stars due to the irresponsibility shown by the seller or Amazon, for not stating more clearly about the potential side effects. Yes I should have seen it, that I get, but still expect more from a seller or Amazon, whoever was so irresponsible.

I have tried a lot of supplements for nocturia and by far this is the best. If I take two of these no nighttime trips to the bathroom. With others I have to often take 1 which throws off my sleep cycle. I am not sure what combo of ingredients makes the magic but it has a lot of ones that have shown to be beneficial to prostate health. I only take 2, instead of 3, because each pill contains 70 mcg of selenium. Too much or too little selenium isn't good fit the prostate. Since two work, I stop there.
