I always hated how my campers A/C was always just on or off ( no temperature control). This solved the problem! Been on 6 camping trips since I installed and has worked perfectly. Also it’s very easy to install!!

This is a great upgrade to the manual controls for my Coleman-Mach RV air conditioner. This product allows the a/c to be controlled via thermostat so the a/c turns off when the desired temp is reached and then turns back on again to maintain the desired temp. The digital readout on the panel is easy to read and its easy to set. The two vents on the panel work great to point cooled air in specific directions (e.g. into the bunk area in our travel trailer).I did the install myself in about 2 hours. It's not difficult if you're somewhat handy and only requires readily available hand tools. The wiring part might seem daunting but its super simple and the kit includes all of the connectors (I used the existing ones). The instructions are more complex than need be. Do a search on YouTube and you'll find several excellent videos that give step by step instructions.We tested it this weekend in 92F weather in the Socal desert. I set the thermostat to 75F and let it run. The a/c turned off automatically at 75F and then the a/c would cycle on/off as needed to maintain the 75F temp. This was so much more convenient than manually turning the a/c on/off!I did not use the app/Bluetooth control since I was happy with just setting the temp on the panel.Overall, the control panel worked exactly as described and was a great upgrade.

I felt bad for our Ac always running and running or off. Either ran all night and froze our butts off or it would just be to hot to sleep. So bought this hoping it would fix our problems. Was quoted 300 for install but I wantched a few videos on youtube and did it my self easy peasy just follow what they do. Ran it all weekend and loved it!!! The Bluetooth is sweet too and can do it by just laying in bed. I sure hope it last for a long time and will tell everyone I know to purchase it if they have manual controls

I installed the 9630-725 ceiling assembly two days ago. The mount frame has four problems. The first problem I noticed are the extremely raw edges. Unfortunately, I didn't have a file along with my tools to take care of the edges and got a couple cuts. The second problem is the mount frame is too light of a gauge material. Trying to tighten the roof ac to the mount will bend the frame before the required compression of the seal is made. The third problem is trying to install the supplied short screws cannot be accomplished with a screwdriver. I had to use my drill driver to run the screws in before trying to assemble the rest of the unit. The fourth problem created by the thin mount frame is the very short screws supplied couldn't reach the mount holes. So, I bought some 1" number 8 screws to mount the other two parts of the assembly. Once installed, the unit works well. I downloaded the app on two phones and it works very well. I installed sound deadener where I could, but it is noisy and that is the nature of the beast. Hopefully, it will work for years to come.

Works great and love that my air can blow down instead of just out the two sides on the mfg unit. My only frustration is that the temperature gage up inside so to keep the camper around 72, the unit is set to 66. The unit itself gets very cold, almost worried myself that it is freezing up. Haven't had any issues yet and we've had it out and running many 90 degree weekends.
