wrench snapped but great customer service replaced it quickly
I bought this wrench about 6 months ago and used it only twice, and the second time, it snapped. But after contacting the customer service at Pro Bike Tool, they quickly offered a replacement. Great customer support and care! Hopefully I get to keep this for a long time.

Must Have
This tool kit is a "must have" for doing bicycle maintenance. I had to look closely to see the different "zero" marks for the Nm setting compared to the "pounds" setting. The "pounds" zero is on top so my eyes went right to that until I realized that the "Nm" zero is below that. Once I found the correct "zero" to use for my Nm settings, the tool worked perfectly, I am very glad to have it. I have used it to install a stem riser and also a suspension bike seat post, both of which required a specific torque of the bolts. The tool "clicked" very audibly. I also like the nice little molded tool box with everything in its' place. Check it out, I think you will be happy with it. I suggest you re-set the tool to the lower torque setting when done as the directions clearly state.

Great Quality Tools with Storage Container
Being able to maintain your bike with your own tools has its perks, but finding affordable and reliable tools to get that accomplished isn't the easiest task. This torque wrench set caught my attention because it also included a small set of hex and torx sockets as well as a small extension. The tools come in a nice hard case for storing the torque wrench, sockets and extension. The torque wrench looks and feels like it's made of good materials. There are no casting marks on the body or adjuster, the locking mechanism for the adjuster inspires confidence that the setting won't get knocked off spec, and that ratcheting action feels smooth. The indices are laser etched and are contrasted nicely to make it easily read. The grip has perfect knurling that provides a solid grip, even if your hands are oily or greasy. The set includes sockets and extension that are labeled as chrome vanadium so they should be very durable - that's something that wouldn't show until after many, many uses, but based on the quality of the torque wrench, I don't get the feeling they're going to fall apart. If you are a someone that enjoys doing things yourself or are a bike tech, these are good quality and reliable tools.

Impressive quality for a cycling specific torque wrench
I've worked built and worked on bikes for many years, and have a wide array of torque wrenches on hand. Still, when I saw this torque wrench come up, I couldn't resist checking it out.Straight out of the box, it was obvious to me that this is a very good click style torque wrench. It's absolutely rock solid. While all torque wrenches come with some kind of calibration report, I always check them on my own. I was pleased to see that after checking the calibration of this torque wrench, it was nearly identical to the included report. So, it does in fact seem as if the calibration report is legitimate.Bottom line:Look, this is no better quality than any high quality click style torque wrench. Nobody "needs" a cycling specific torque wrench. As long as your torque wrench is accurate, has the range you need, and can accept the attachments needed, you're fine. However, this torque wrench is of very good quality, the case is nice, and the attachments are excellent. For the premium, this is a VERY NICE torque wrench.5 stars

Cute little guy - smaller than expected but so far so good!
Not much to say beyond my headline. It's small. Smaller than expected but the size is right for what it is intended for. Any bigger would make it difficult to get in hard places.Fit & Finish:Everything seems in order and so far the ratcheting is smooth. The finishes seem good but only time will tell on things like that. I will say the numbers on the silver portion of the torque wrench are a tiny bit hard to read but manageable. One thing that impressed me was that they included a calibration verification/certification report and it appears to have been done by a real human. You can actually see the pen impression on the back of the certification paper. I don't have the equipment to test the accuracy so it's hard to say if it was truly verified - nice that they included it just the same. For reference, the Tekton torque wrench in the photos is a 14-inch, 3/8-drive wrench.Overall, this is a nice little set. I especially like that all of the needed sockets/extension are right there in the case. If things change over time/usage, I'll be sure to report back.
