MacArthur (Limited Edition)

A very good film indeed, but it glosses over MacArthur's hubris later in his career when he was wanting to use tactical and strategic nuclear weapons in North Korea and China as a prelude to invasion of both. Certainly worth watching though.

Excellent acting by Gregory Peck - the ideal choice for the role of MacAthur. Characterisation of MacArthur is slightly contemptuous - presumably because the lefties don't like to glorify warfare.

Interesting film well capturing the background of a great, brave and conceited general. His strengths an weaknesses in equal measure are fully demonstrated

A very good and authentic production of the military life of Douglas MacArthur during WW11. Very enjoyable.

My mother is 7 billion years old and even she can select her old films and download them and watch them with no hassle at all so how could this be anything but 5 stars? :)Definitely buy films from Amazon without any issues.
