These carafes work great! I tested them once I received them. Put boiling water in them and they kept the water hot for at least 5 hours which was good enough for me. My only complaint is that they don't work flawlessly every time. The plastic washers that keep the liquids from leaking can bind to the lid and prevent the spout from allowing liquids to pour even when you push down the tab. All you have to do to fix this is unscrew the lid to release the seal and retighten. Not a bid hassle but it is some thing to be aware of. Still happy with the purchase.

I like percolated coffee, but living alone I can't drink a whole pot in one sitting. And leaving it in the percolater just over-cooks it so I end up throwing away a lot of coffee. Now I pre-heat this carafe with boiling water and pour my freshly brewed coffee into it. It stays hot for several hours. No more wasted coffee!

The pot is very nice looking but does not keep coffee hot for more then a hour. Disappointed for spending $19.00

This carafe works just fine. It keeps liquids hot as long as any carafe should. After several hours filled with hot water, the sides and bottom are not warm, which means heat is not readily escaping. The size is just right for making pour over coffee, as most carafes are 68 ounces. It’s difficult to make 68oz of good coffee, but 50oz just about right. I would have given it a 5, but as other reviewers noted, the pour isn’t ideal. It trickles a bit, but it doesn’t splash or spill. I’d give a 4.5 and would buy it again.

Noisy hissing from cap when full. Seal broke after couple of months, so it stopped keeping tea warm.

Good product. It keep hot beverages hot for hours.

Overall, good quality, the carafe is nice and cute, but the price is too high for the size. It's worth about $10-$15 the most.

Dafür dass es eine 1,5liter kann ist xist sie überhaupt nicht klobig und schwer. Und hält den Tee den ganzen Tag warm, sogar heiß. Morgens 8uhr aufgebrüht und Abend 31uhr noch dampfend. Auch Einhand bedienung klappt super. Einfach zu reinigen, tropft auch nicht und hat trotz schwarz matt gibt keine Finger Abdrücke oder Wasserflecken auf der Oberfläche

Esteticamente è molto bella, fa la sua figura, peccato che non trattenga il calore neanche per un'ora. Si terrà per bellezza ma nient'altro.

Delighted with this purchase, does exactly what is says, I use it for a teapot, i get about 3 sometimes 4 cups, well big cups of tea, the jug keeps the tea very hot for a long time, it looks really stylish, strong and sturdy, delivered fast, well packaged, would highly recommend this item
