Peter Rabbit Musical Cot Mobile

Had to return this. The musical round part that connected to the hook on top and the mobile on the bottom was upside down. Looks like the sticker was put on upside down. Couldn't just replace the sticker or the musical box. Had to return the whole thing and place a new order, a replacement wasn't even offered to be sent. Now we have to wait for the credit to go through and re order the whole thing again. Disappointed that such an easy detail wasn't caught before it was sent.UPDATE....My replacement had the same issue AGAIN... don't bother ordering this, its probably why they are on here to be sold, the stickers are on upside down, so when you hang the mobile from the hook side, the sticker is upside down. Horrible.UPDATE #2- Switched this to 4 stars since customer service stayed in contact with me to make this right, and they even contacted the manufacturer and found where the mistake was being made and sent me a new sticker to put on it all the way from England for no charge. They also refunded half the amount back to me for my troubles. So I am giving this a higher star, since the did stay in contact with me to right this and the mobile looks great in our Peter Rabbit nursery. I appreciated their customer service and personal contact.

Perfect Gift!

Cute mobile, but the white stand has a purple tint to it. Still cute, but you can tell the difference against a normal white.

Barely runs at all. Needs to be rewound constantly. No volume control. Seller is zero help.

Mobile with bunnies is perfect for our nursery. Way better and cuter than anything I can find in stores/ online elsewhere. Traditional in that no batteries are needed and the music is wind up. Fully wound, music plays about 2 minutes (not enough to put baby to sleep but enough to entertain for a minute). HOWEVER, not shown on pictures, there is a super cute peter rabbit sticker on the music box portion which came upside down. :(. When I contacted the seller, I was told that the whole item had to be returned rather than just getting a new music box. I decided I didn't want to deal with returns then having to wait again, so I just removed the sticker. Still looks great in the nursery and noone but myself and husband know that there even was a sticker to begin with. Other than the sticker problem, it is perfect.

Nice mobile overall, but you’re paying for the style and not practicality. Looks great in a Beatrix Potter nursery and attaches easily to the cot. Sticker on the wind up part indicates that you shouldn’t wind more than x4 180 degree turns (so two full turns) when it actually turns about twice that. So that seems pointless. Even on full turn it doesn’t play long enough to get a baby off to sleep - can barely manage a quick loo trip and back. My daughter just about nods off after several turns and then as soon as it stops she wakes - and then the mechanical noise of me winding it up again disturbs her further. Overall a nice product but needs some developing and therefore I don’t think the price is fair.
