I will never buy a different car mount. Bought this for my dodge caravan and I LOVE IT! Magnetic hold doesn't fade, your phone doesn't fall when hitting any curbs, perfect for playing a movie for you kids in the back. Overall the best car mount ever. I will say if left in a super hot car for over long periods of time the adhesion on the mount will melt to your dash.

Bought this originally for my husband to use on our open cab tractor. It was hard to get his phone into the holder in the case. It just isn't deep enough for a phone case to hold it super securely. Noticed it was missing off the tractor and found it in the field in pieces. The magnet wasn't strong enough to hold the phone on the tractor while in motion. Only thing that made the fall was the magnet. The other pieces must have been destroyed by the implement.

I love the minimalistic aspect of it. The magnet is very strong. After hitting a few bumps my phone has never fallen off. If the magnet is at the bottom of your cell it will rotate with the bumps. Best to put it in the center. I have the Flip so the center isn't an option for me. After a year the suction hasn't let go of my dash. I find the suction to be more successful without the extra flat accessory it provides.

Was expecting this to work with a Magsafe Apple case but the magnetic is not strong enough to hold the phone.

I've tried so many phone holders and they either don't stay on the dash, they aren't powerful enough for holding my huge phone, not big enough, or don't allow for the right angle to where it doesn't impede my view. Finally tried this one and it's perfect! So many different angles and keeps it out of the way. It also hangs low enough to go past the vents so that heat isn't blowing on the back of my phone. I'm so happy with it that I bought a second one for my other car which doesn't really need it but it's so handy to just throw my phone on it when I get in. Coupled with a phone case that's got a detachable wallet with a magnetized back, after over a year, I've finally got my phone situation dialed in!

This is the best cell phone mount I have ever used, I've since bought one for my wife and another for my son. The magnet is super strong and the base is highly adjustable

So how did I attach it? To the lower left side, on the back of the screen. The arm comes forward underneath the screen perfectly! I have it angled so the magnet is positioned under the driver's side cabin temperature. Phone does block the buttons and it works fantastic! I'll add a picture soon.The designers of this did a great job! Totally worth it. Sturdy, and zero vibration when driving.

Excellent product. The manufacturer provided dimensions are spot on, allowing for a perfectly toleranced fit within a stereo slot pocket; just remember to leave a little extra space for the suction tab.The silicone suction pad is of very soft and sticky material, much like those kids toys which would stick to the wall, or the old silicone dash pads for holding random items in place. This ensures you don't need an absolute perfect 'full leverage' suction from the tab when mounting. In my case on the 2010 CRV, the suction lever would only open to about 50% when inserted in the pocket, but with the extra grip provided by the naturally sticky silicone, it holds in place perfectly. I was able to close the tab with a long flat head screwdriver, as my fingers did not fit underneath the mount once installed.The metal phone stick-on backings are of good quality and solid build.The ball socket is firm and smooth. Unfortunately it does not have a threaded cup nut on the back to tighten it up, should it ever loosen with time. But I trust it should last.This product is tested, shown, and works well on the 2007-2011 CRV with base model stereo.

Overall Great quality product but compatible with limited devices .The magnet is strong but you need to be careful on uneven roads

Not the best phone mount but does the job.It's able to hold the phone usually and easy to remove and stick on with the suction cup, the first issue is that you have to wipe the surface with a wet wipe to allow it to adhere better or the suction will become loose during the ride.Heat is the next problem, can't be leaving this mount on when it's hot outside or it'll loosen up again. Every time I parked the car outside would have to take off the mount and reapply it the next time I drive else it'll have gaps from the heat and drop my phone.Overall a decent option.

Phone shakes while driving though magnet holds phone firmly.Adhesion to dashboard good with base.Perhaps there could be a small support attachment under the arm.
