Heroes of Olympus: The Demigod Diaries by Rick Riordan - Hardcover

Hii guys!Today i will be reviewing heroes of Olympus :The demigod diaries!Included pics too!.This book is a good supplementary book for the heroes of Olympus series..The series was a great one and i think that after harry potter the Percy Jackson series and heroes of Olympus series were the best ones! Rick is a great writer!Love his writings 😍The short stories are good but you need to read the heroes of Olympus series to understand itWe have one story written by Rick's son who had advised his father to start writing and now he is one of the best modern writers. His son suffered from AHAD and dyslexia and in Rick's stories percy also has the same disease..all over good :)I love the bookmarks provided by amazon!!!!!Thks for reading my review... My children love Rick Riordan's books and lapped this up as usual but within 10 minutes they were shouting 'where are the pictures?!'. As someone else has mentioned, early on in the text the author promises pictures of the demigods including the first ever picture of Thalia. These pictures aren't included in our edition and this oversight definitely spoiled the book a bit for my two. I contacted the publisher to see if we'd got a faulty copy but apparently the pictures aren't supposed to be there so it must be an editorial error. I'd still recommend it for fans of the Heroes of Olympus series but you might want to manage your children's expectations if they get as worked up about them as mine do.

This is another exquisite novel by the fabulous author Rick Riordan. Every single diary you read you can't have a single break from! It's as if your glued to it! Aswell as that it is an action packed story collection with stories about some untold dangers demigods faced in the past. My favourite story was called Leo Valdez and the quest for Buford. I was epically attached to it because of all the dangers and consequences the demigods' faced along the way. This diary is about the characters Leo Piper and Jason.Leo's work table with all his importantant tools in it has disappeared leaving the demigods with 1hour to find it or the Argo 2( Leo's ship) will explode!They face dangerous monsters along the way but still manage to find the table in time without getting killed!I would definitely recommend this book for age 9+.

Another set of short stories, in this series Rick Riordan continues to join the Greek and Roman camps in one book. Each story focuses on individual characters before they all meet up in the "Mark of Athena". My son really enjoys Rick Riordan books, the only critism he gave was that he did not enjoy the short story that was published by his son.
