All i needed was a computer to learn HTML and CSS after shopping around most were ranging between £1000 - £1500, this PC i amazing it works great, the motherboard is tidy and is very lightweight. The pc comes with Windows ready loaded only took me 10 minutes to get it warmed up. This item laughs in the face of you get what you pay for comments ;)

Overall good value for money bundle.unfortuatley the windows didn't go on the system correct so struggled to get it to work Christmas morning,upset son to say the least.also couldn't connect to the Internet without a dongle.the customer service was very good though and they fully explained what I needed to do and it was all up and running.

This is an amazing bit of kit, for someone that knows nothing about gaming or pcs it was easy to set up, I bought this based on reviews of people that know what they are chatting about lolMy boy has been asking for a gaming PC for ages , he plays all the games he wants and there’s lots of allergy support that we havnt needed thankfully as all our questions the seller has answered in the Q&A sectionsAmazing and would definitely recommend as a great starter PC , EXTREMELY PLEASED parent and very happy son

had a rocky start with gaming pc had to return It 3 times because of pc crashing and blue screening vibox great company that care about their customers had the pc collected the next day each time dpd were great also . the third time the pc crashed again so I had a look on YouTube some people play with side panel off as it was getting too hot so I did that and the pc didn't crash like it usually would it had dropped by 10-15 degrees so that must of been the issue.so i invested in a water cooler for CPU and it has sorted my issue of hopefully it stays this way but it looks positive as it would crash every half hour I noticed why it did that was because the heat would go around 85degrees with out water cooler with it is around 50 ish whilst gaming and idle is 35-40 degrees so it seemed that that was the issue so glad it is working hopefully it keeps like this if your having the same issue do what i did keep the side panel off or get a water cooler one i got was golden field sf120 rgb liquid CPU cooler. seemed to solve my issue hope it does you . will keep update if any failures19/05 /2021 still working seems the issue is fix very happy if anyone has had similar issues blue screens or crashing like I did I recommend getting a water cooler seems the CPU was over heatingAlso bought rtx 2060 bundle for a friend he loves it all round good pc just haven't got the free game with it this time not sure if I was supposed too

The Desktop tower is very quite and my wife loves it.

Value for money no problems with it at all son loves it would highly recommend

Has a few teething problems but customer care helped. It’s only been set up for 5 days but my son loves it.

These gaming computers are sold without the equipment needs I bought a gaming computer from these people just to find out that The gaming computer I bought doesn’t have a gaming graphics card and when it arrived it didn’t have all the cables it needed to operate the computer One of the power cables wasn’t in the box.And it come with a card saying all of the components that is being used in this gaming computer is Second hand components.And it’s not allowing me to use my microphone or a second monitor with this gaming computer.And when I complained to this company about the issue, I am facing with one of their gaming computers I didn’t know what to do.They told me to box it up when I told them, I don’t have the boxes anymore so I asked them if they would send the boxes to me so I can package this gaming computer up they said no I have to purchase the boxes so this means I am out of pocket with purchasing the dam Packing box’s as well because they told me I need two different bits of equipment Give me a link to purchase them.And when those two pieces of equipment I apparently needed all right, let me down the computer didn’t work with them.Because their HR department & IT department clearly knows nothing i’m still waiting for the packing boxes so I can get my full refund but this dam Company isn’t wanting to help to solve the problem.This company is nothing but Cowboys and I’m not the only one who is unhappy with this company because there is a few people I know Who also has been taken for a mug from these people.So ladies and gents if you’re looking for a gaming computer, stay clear from these people because they are crap and the after sales are crap.
