All 4 u-clamps stripped after my 40 and 70 pound children rode this for 15 minutes.New u-clamps on order. Will update my review after I use my stainless steel u-clamps that I ordered from Amazon.Instructions are completely useless. They’re not even relevant to the setup in the box.Good luck!

Kids love it and fun for the whole family!

Wrong directions in box, no instructions about the tensioner. Also the kids played about an hour and the wheels came off the trolley, thank God the safety bar above caught them. Make sure you use LockTite on the pulley nuts, the nylon nuts will spin free though never supposed to.

Good product. No surprises.

We had to put it up super high just to help with the dip in the line. now its not so little kid friendly 20 feet in the air

Works well except keep an eye on the cheaper hardware! Some of the nuts on the handle came loose.

It was fairly easy to set up and many aspects feel sturdy. However, the rollers that glide on the cable both broke with mild use. The first one came off on one of the earlier rides and luckily we found the parts and reassembled them. However they fell off again and we can’t find them this time. Being outside the return window, I guess we are left to our own devices (unless the seller reads this, contacts us, replaces the parts, in which case I will update this review).

Ziplining at a park is great fun. After putting up this 100-foot line in my own backyard, I now appreciate hoiw much work went into the professional commercial courses I like to enjoy. This was a PAIN to install. I'm not a handyman by nature. If I was, it would have been much simpler. Anyway, after finally getting it set up, we put it to use. The ride worked well! However, a 100-foot ride was over pretty quickly. I would need to use this many times to get enough use out of it to justify the aggravation of installing it.
