The sauna suit looks nice and feels nice is just the size seems to run a little large . So if your a large try getting the size that's small medium. Not the small but the option that has small medium together. I will order that one soon. ☺

A bit big for me and I'm not small with a 34" waist. It makes me sweat just wish it was tighter

This one does work to trap sweat and make you sweat. However, the shape or way it's made prevents it from really fitting and being able to stay on correctly. It fit my stomach and sides but it was longer so it went up to my top abdomen. It was very loose there and around my back so it would fall down.

Need to go a size down, large was too big.

I barely sweat a lot but when I use my sweat cream, use this sauna wrap then put on a waist trainer I sweat like the river.
