I wear a sleep apnea mask at night, so my hair would get creases in it and be very messy and flat by the morning. Now my hair doesn't get messy when I sleep, and after teasing it a little with a hair lift comb, it looks almost as good as before I went to bed.

Very lightweight and comfortable. Just a little warmth. Easy to keep on hand when out and about. Can be folded and unfolded and doesn't wrinkle badly. I have long straight hair and so on me, the height of the cap doesn't stand up--instead I let it flop to one side for a beret look. If desired you can roll the elastic one time to shorten the amount that hangs down. Well-made, quality materials, very useful item, people like it on me, have in several colors. Warmth or bad hair days, this helps!

I love this sleep cap/bonnet!! Completely comfy & ez to set to the right size, so stays put all nite long. (I have a smaller size head, so was worried it would flop off all nite.) I even stopped using my sleep mask, because I can just pull this down further over my eyes. It has had a good effect on my hair, which is much less frizzy now. I was worried it'd make my head too hot, because Satin pillow cases are too hot for me. I love it has the satin on the inside to protect my hair. This cap is great! Sleep Ez! Super happy! Wore almost daily great for my big natural hair and good look when blow tried straight. I really like. Pricey but only because of limited retiree budget. Material nice soft, love Lining. Not needed for me but adjustable.
