Here, the author offers wise words on "practical technics" in surviving life. Beautifully written in simple easy to read words, I found myself reading slowly struck by the power of the words. This is a powerful book that gives insight ---- and hope ---- to all of us experiencing the struggles in life.

From beginning to end this book completely mirrored my thoughts and feelings while shipwrecked. I am not alone in my pain and experience. Neither are you.
