Austin-Healey (Shire Library)

A very nice introduction to Austin Healey.For owners I would recommend a more in-depth book. For the (sports)car enthousiast this gives lots of information.

I bought this book for a pal who has an Austin Healey and he said it was most informative. Another pal told me the series of books from Shire Library are very good and certainly the one I bought about the Haulage Industry by Chris Woodcock was excellent.

As one expects from Graham R, interesting and well produced, I always buy his books.

Like all books in the Shire Library series, this one manages to pack an amazing number of pictures into its 64 pages. It's hard to imagine a better introduction to the Austin Healey cars. There are good photos, colour and black and white of all of the significant models of this well-liked sports car and the text is highly informative. Graham Robson is an excellent researcher and did an excellent job in this book too. I would have given if a full 5 stars if only it had had another 50 pages or so but as a quick intro to the brand it's excellent.

Very informative, nice size. Can be easily kept in car for reference
