Best training aid I’ve purchased
This is my first ever amazon review because I’ve never been impressed enough with a product to take the time to write a review. The DownUnder Board impressed me that much…so here I am, writing a review. I haven’t been playing golf for long. I started by using it for my warm up at the range. I have noticed that warming up with the down under board improves my posture and helps my rotation as I swing, which leads to me hitting better shots. After warming up with the down under board, I focus on keeping my body stable as I play. It’s almost like I imagine that the board is still between my feet, even when it’s not. Doing this 100% keeps me more stable and in the shot. I’ve definitely improved my game by using this training aid.

Really helps your game...
I bought an earlier version of the Downunder Board last year direct from the seller, and wanted to experiment with the newer adjustable model for different shots when I saw it on Amazon. The Board has really helped my game. I'm about a 25 handicap (maybe, on my best day) and was skeptical that a training aid used by professionals would help a casual golfer like me. But it has worked wonders -- it helped me get a good feel on the practice range for how to engage my lower half that has transferred to the course. It's improved my confidence, and I've been more consistent. I recommend it to all my friends!!

Expensive and of minimal benefit to a decent golfer
I can see how this would be helpful to a mid to high handicap golfer who doesn't use their legs properly. To a decent golfer it doesn't seem to produce any remarkable benefit. The product is well made and is easily adjustable. It can also be broken down to a reasonably small size. The videos that are made available via purchase are ancient, of very low quality and not very instructive. Very expensive for what it is and the lack of true, high quality coaching videos. One final note: It is not easy to get the board positioned properly when you are on a range where you have to stand and hit around divots. If you have a pristine, level grass area to stand/hit from it would be easier, but this is almost never the case on a driving range.I waffled between a 3 and 4 rating and gave it a 4 because the concept is good and the quality of the device is good. Above $30 it's a waste of money for a good golfer but probably worth it for a poor golfer who struggles with legwork.

The real deal!
This helped my swing a lot. I compress the ball so much more after training with this. It took a bit of practice but then it clicked. Stick with it. One key was to relax my upper body and put the tension in my feet with the squeeze on the downunder board. Now my only swing thought is "downunderboard it!"

Not blown away
So after reading all of the hype, I decided to try out the DUB 2.0. Overall I fail to see the hype. It's OK. It is made well, and easy to adjust, bit also is a little clunky. It's also a little hard to set up to the ball, especially on the grass. I've tried my fair share of training aids. Some I have loved, this is not one. If you have issues using the ground, maybe it will work better for you.
