Gold gives me the best energy boost in my opinion. I feel their a little stingy with it lol but still will buy great product don’t taste the sea as long as soak in lemons and limes . Okay value for money

Quantity don’t match the price
This is my 3rd purchasing this exact package. The price have gone up and I wasn’t able to get 65 ounces of gel as the package stated. It says value size on the labeling but it’s no different from a regular size in my opinion.

Great sea moss but didnt give me all three that they mentioned would be provided. It took a while to arrive so I didnt return it but definitely inconsistent with the spectrum
