great tray for keeping the ravioli shape of your pasta
i love this ravioli tray easy to use and holds a nice amount of ravioli pasta ,comes with its own little roller which has exact width measurement when using to roll bottom layer of pasta into tray and again over the top of your of stuffing making your lid the roller is so exact it helps the moistened pasta edges stick and seal tight ,you get great ravioli shapes,,,,i bought 2 ,,,,i highly recommend this tray and roller and the seller and delivery 👌

It works great. Only, one needs to know how to use it!
For three generations, this has been the standard to prepare ravioli in my family. It's lacquered steel and aluminium -unsealed- so, it cannot be washed with water.Second thing: use plenty of flour on the tray before placing the first layer of dough, otherwise you won't be able to remove the ravioli.Third, after taking out the ravioli (on a floured tray), let them dry for 30-60 minutes, then freeze right the way (on the tray). When completely frozen, they can be easily separated, counted and packaged in freezers bags.Enjoy!PS. my mom still have those trays that belonged to Grandma, and they still work perfectly!

Esperaba otra cosa
No esta tan mal, cumple su función, pero esperaba que sea un poco mas grande el molde para cada raviol. La caja llego en muy mal estado, vieja, rota y hasta con humedad.
