After 20 physio sessions, 2 mris, 6 nerve block injections in my lumbar joints and hip xray I'm still not any closer to finding the cause or cure for my pain. The only thing that really helps is wearing sports tape to make me more aware of moving and to limit my stretch. These are precut so less faffing about trying to cut the right length. I wear 2 across the bottom of my spine crossed over like an x which helps reduce my movement when the pain is very bad. My tens machine is also a source of relief but a nuisance with long cable tangling up. These have good adhesion and luckily I'm not allergic to these as I am with some medical patches and plasters. They stay put and I can't get a good couple days out of them as long as I don't get them wet in the shower.

Used this to support a sprained ankle. Worked fine an gave support and stayed in place over two or three days despite baths and showers.The pre cut aspect makes it easy to use though I did waste a couple of strips when they stuck to themselves rather than me!After a while there was some skin irritation on the area of thin skin inside of my ankle.

The tape works perfectly for what it is intended to however it leaves a strong residue on the skin which takes ages to come off. One day I slowly pealed back the tape and found the some skin came off with it. You can see in the photos the marks and patterns from the tape. I've tried contacting the business directly however I can't find any customer service team. If the business could contact me that would be appreciated.

I normally buy RockTape but am trying to find an alternative that is as good but cheaper. This product is the best alternative kinesiology tape to RockTape I've found so far. I apply the tape to my knee and most tapes start to peel off almost immediately. This one stays on longer and is as comfortable as RockTape. Being pre-cut is a nice added bonus.

I bought this for my son to use on the back of his legs, we used it once and never again. We couldn’t take them off, I used baby oil and tried to get them of in the shower and nothing wanted to come off. It was awful my son was crying, eventually I managed to get them off but all the glue from them stayed on his leg and it’s a compete nightmare.

If the tape is applied correctly it does work, It's best to shave the area you are applying it to and rub with an alcohol wipe this guarantees best adhesion.

A good product at decent price. I am using to try and prevent muscle injury so cannot really rate pain relief. So far so good. Pre-cut is a good idea, saves a lot of hassle. Delivery has always been within 1-2 days. I have ordered a few of these and will no doubt be ordering again.

Its strong , holds in place longer then other tapes , i`m happy with this product
