I read some of the negative reviews, but pulled the trigger because of the price point.1. Follow the instructions. The best is to soak and ring out then place in dryer. I cheated and put mine in the washing machine on a rinse and spin cycle. Only place in dryer ten at a time. These expanse a lot and will not dry/expand properly if the dryer overfills.2. THESE ARE NOT FOR SOUNDPROOFING.These panels merely diffuse sound waves to decrease unwanted echoes and standing waves. It will deaden the room but does not protect the neighbors from hearing your project.3. These are perfect for a rehearsal room. By reducing the amount of sound waves bouncing around the music is clearer and less fatiguing on your ears.In conclusion:These panels serve my purposes perfectly as acoustic treatment. Whether for band practice, music mixing, or theater room. Your ears will thank you.

Don't waist your money. It didn't do what it claimed. Does not reduce noise at all

when I received a parcel with foam, I managed to be disappointed!but then when I unpacked and gave him to acquire his form, I realized that this is a high-quality foam rubber!;)it does its job and extinguishes the echo!I recommend it!

I ordered over 600 Sq feet of this acoustic foam to cover the ceiling in our theater/ music room. I love how it sounds, however the squares are not uniform from one package to the next, which means that the lines in my ceiling are not straight and uniform. But overall I'm happy with it. Oh, one more imperishable thing I learned: don't soak then in water, rather when you get them flat from the package put then in the dryer for 15 min with a ramp rag. Super fast and easy easier

They didn't come with the double sided tape like there suppose to so that's very annoying. They did rise to correct size but not the best noise canceling but they do help.
